To get everyone's day started, let me share some photos I took while looking at tea places this weekend. These photos were all taken in midtown west (on the way to tea places, I actually didn't go to any in this area).



the shot below is of the Hearst building, now one of the more recognizable landmarks on the Manhattan skyline.



I just really liked the photo below. Its quite threatening.





this is just a waste of space in an already crowded city - at least they could have made it into a park or public space. We should not be encouraging vehicle use.
